We implemented a ticketing system for Moomin World, a Finnish theme park with more than 200 000 visitors a year. The system was integrated into Moomin World’s existing website.
The pilot version of the ticketing system was tested by the theme park visitors to see how the system works together with Moomin World’s other systems and especially to receive feedback from the real customers. 100 percent of those who used the system would use it again to buy tickets and also recommend it to others.
