Alisa Bank places particular emphasis on high-quality service and the ease of use of its digital customer channels. We have been supporting the Alisa Bank team in designing user journeys and the user interface for their continuously evolving online bank, as well as in planning the mobile application.
We quickly found a natural and flexible working model where our role is to support Alisa Bank’s internal development team in graphic design and customer-centric service design. The collaboration has been wide-ranging, from designing visual elements and icons for product views to developing the website structure and user journeys. Our work is clearly visible in Alisa Bank’s digital customer channels, which have been praised by customers for their ease of use and distinctive look that sets them apart from other banks. Alisa Bank Plc has been operating since early 2022, when Fellow Finance Plc, the Nordic region’s leading crowdfunding and peer-to-peer lending service, merged with Evli Bank Plc, which continued Evli Bank’s deposit banking operations.
