Sofokus grows through acquisition of Punos Mobile’s business

Digital business consultancy Sofokus has acquired the software development and maintenance business of Punos Mobile Oy. The deal brings Sofokus to 37 employees and roughly €3.8 million in turnover.

The acquisition strengthens Sofokus’s expertise in native mobile development and applied AI.

The entire Punos Mobile team is joining Sofokus, and the deal expands Sofokus’s operations to Kouvola alongside Helsinki and Turku.
